I encourage you to apply for our ABC co-sponsorship application

As a general note, we will not grant co-sponsorship for A/V technical services cost. Please apply to the President and Provost Fund's for this. Please reach out to us if you encounter issues with this.

For travel, we will only be considering granting co-sponsorships after your group has reached out to the CC / SEAS Dean's travel funds.

I also encourage you to apply to the new Campus Collaborative Fund, a new fund launched by the President's Office, which supports innovative school- and administrative unit-level programming and efforts designed to improve the campus climate in ways that reinforce our educational mission. This mission is grounded in a commitment to free expression, open inquiry, and generous debate, and it requires an environment where all our members can thrive.

Awards may range from $1,000 to $5,000.

Required Training with Administration and Planning Team (A&P)

We will be hosting a required training session with A&P, on Friday November 8, 2024 from 12 - 2pm (Location TBD) to guide you through essential financial processes relevant to your group. This training addresses a need we've identified for student groups to gain a stronger understanding of financial management. Please have a representative from your group come, ideally individuals who manage directly with your group's finances.
