1. Introducing ABC 2025-2026
It is with our great pleasure to introduce ABC’s Board for 2025-2026, in which they will start their official roles on April 9, 2025. Congratulations to them! Please include both old and new representatives (if applicable) in your communications during this period.
Please note we have extended the applications for European and Middle Eastern Representative for this Wednesday, March 26 by 11:59pm.
2. [Required] Showcase Your Student Group!
To get a sense of how your group has been programming during this year, please complete a slide for your group containing at least 2 photos of your group’s programming this semester and 2 bullet point blurb about your groups’ description and purpose. Be creative! We look forward to what your group has been up to this year.
This is due on Friday, April 18 by 11:59 pm
An example of a previous year’s slides can be seen here. Last year, we implemented this through LionLink but we will not be doing that this year.
3. New ABC Travel Policy:
In order to better support student group travel in a more structured way, similar to the Dean’s Travel Funds, ABC passed the following policy on March 5th, 2025:

Tier 1

- Domestic: up to $200/person
- International: up to $400/person
* In addition, ABC will fund entry/registration fees.
Tier 2

- Domestic: up to $150/person
- International: up to $300/person
- Groups applying for a co-sponsorship must provide an itinerary and proof of communication with external partners.
- ABC will not fund travel if it does not involve a third party group with verified communication.

4. Are you a new student group leader? These are aspects you MUST master if you manage your group’s treasury.
If you are a new group leader, it is very important for there to be an adequate transmission of knowledge from past e-board members. If you are managing your group’s treasury, these are basic procedures you must master:
